I advise clients and prepare appropriate employment, consulting and business agreements to ensure maintain ownership and control of the the intellectual property rights, and have legal remedies against improper disclosure or use including copyrights. I also review, prepare and negotiate agreements to licensing intellectual property rights, as well as settlements in intellectual property disputes.
